The rose-cut sapphire, set in a glossy sterling silver bezel, is approximately ⅜ inch by ½ inch in size. The channel band exudes a hand-patinaed satin finish, measuring ⅛ in width, while the spinner, with its golden 14k bead chain, strikes a dazzling contrast. A truly singular piece, size 6 ¾.
