We accept exchanges and offer store credit only for items from our jewelry line. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Exchanges must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and approval email from email@example.com.
Final sale on all marked down, clearance, sample sale and promotional merchandise. Final sale on customized or altered merchandise.

If you've purchased your item from our web site, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll respond to your inquiry with an approval to return the item along with shipping instructions/address.
Please check your spam or junk mail for any email correspondence you receive from us.
If you have made a purchase from our Littleton, CO boutique, please use the instructions above or visit our studio during store hours and we'll be happy to assist you.
You are responsible for the costs of shipping the item back to us. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not accept responsibility for an item that gets lost in the mail.
