REPAIR POLICY

We make our jewelry to stand the test of time, but sometimes your piece needs to be repaired. Please refer to the repair policies below:

Items purchased through our website:

We will repair jewelry purchased through originalhardware.com.  For all repair inquiries, send us an email. Please include your name, description of damage and/or a photo of the damage so we can best assist you with the appropriate next steps.

We will send you a repair form and shipping instructions, along with any costs associated with the repair.

Please do not send repairs without contacting us first.

Once we've received your item for repair, we'll contact you with any follow-up information, including a cost (if appropriate) for the repair.  Please note: We will not make any repairs without your consent on any costs.

Items purchased through our retail location:

We will repair jewelry purchased through our brick and mortar. Bring your piece directly to our store located at 2550 W Main Street, Littleton, CO 80120 or call ahead to our studio at (720) 496-7951 with any questions.

When you arrive to drop off the piece for repair, we'll ask you to fill out our repair form which includes your name and contact information and consult with you about what repairs are needed. We will try to immediately provide a cost estimate to repair your item, but in some cases we may need time to investigate the situation. We will contact you as soon as possible after you have left your piece with us to outline any costs and timeline associated with repair before we make them.
