This is a custom product. As such:

• Custom designs are final sale – no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
• No discounts or promotions apply to custom work.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.
• By paying the deposit, you confirm all designs and specifications are approved.
• Once production begins, no changes or cancellations are allowed.
• Revisions may be required due to material or design constraints; you will be notified and must re-approve.
• Custom designs remain the intellectual property of Original Hardware.
• Orders are insured and require signature upon delivery.
• Notify us within 14 days of receipt for any manufacturing defects.
• We are not responsible for shipping loss, damage, or delays beyond our control.

Exchanges permitted on regular price merchandise within 14 days of purchase. No Refunds.

The following items do NOT qualify for exchanges:

• Marked down, clearance and promotional merchandise.
• Made-to-order and custom merchandise.
• Customized or altered merchandise.
