This is a custom product. As such:
- Custom designs are final sale – no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
- No discounts or promotions apply to custom work.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.
- By paying the deposit, you confirm all designs and specifications are approved.
- Once production begins, no changes or cancellations are allowed.
- Revisions may be required due to material or design constraints; you will be notified and must re-approve.
- Custom designs remain the intellectual property of Original Hardware.
- Orders are insured and require signature upon delivery.
- Notify us within 14 days of receipt for any manufacturing defects.
- We are not responsible for shipping loss, damage, or delays beyond our control.
