Exchanges permitted on regular price merchandise within 14 days of purchase. No Refunds. Final sale on all marked down, clearance, sample sale and promotional merchandise. Final sale on customized and altered merchandise.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact us at email@example.com to initiate an exchange. If your exchange is approved, we'll give directions on how and where to send your item.
We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting an exchange.
We accept exchanges and offer store credit only for items from our jewelry line. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Exchanges must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and approval email from firstname.lastname@example.org

HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE
If you've purchased your item from our web site, please send us an email at email@example.com and we'll respond to your inquiry with an approval to return the item along with shipping instructions/address.
Please check your spam or junk mail for any email correspondence you receive from us.
If you have made a purchase from our Original Hardware, please use the instructions above or visit our studio during store hours and we'll be happy to assist you.
You are responsible for the costs of shipping the item back to us. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Original Hardware is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
