We have extended our return policy for the holiday. Exchanges permitted on regular price merchandise starting November 1, 2022. Exchanges allowed until January 15, 2023. No Refunds. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return. If your request is approved, we'll give directions on how and where to send your item. We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return.
We accept exchanges and offer store credit only for items from our jewelry line. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Exchanges must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and approval email from email@example.com

If you've purchased your item from our web site, please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org we'll respond to your inquiry with an approval to return the item along with shipping instructions/address.

If you have made a purchase from our Original Hardware, please use the instructions above or visit our studio during store hours and we'll be happy to assist you.
There is no restocking fee.
You are responsible for the costs of shipping the item back to us. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not accept responsibility for an item that gets lost in the mail.
Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.
