Accompanying the ¼-inch-by-⅜-inch sapphire is a diamond set in 14k yellow gold. Hanging elegantly from a delicate 14k yellow gold solid link chain, the necklace measures 18 inches in total, with the pendant extending ¾ of an inch below the chain.
