The rose-cut deep blue sapphire, framed with 14k yellow gold bead detail and set in sterling silver, is approximately ¼ inch by ⅜ inch and suspends from a sterling silver double paperclip chain, fastened with a spring ring clasp. Caressing the décolleté at 17⅜ inches, this masterpiece falls at about ¾ inch from the chain.
